Today's interview is with Connecticut-based painter Bud Cook. Bud studied drawing and painting at Rhode Island College, but after graduation, he worked for years in the corporate world doing graphic and web design. In 2013, life reared its ugly head and he found himself making a u-turn. He has since jumped back into art with both feet and the results have been amazing.
Check him out.
Bud's show, "Tribe — Portraits of a Community," will run from Oct. 2 - Nov. 2 at the Silver Circle Gallery.
Jon Schindehette of The Art Order wrote an article based on a collaboration Bud was involved in with artist, Jean-Paul Jacquet. Read it here.
